Most of what ProboTalent does happens automatically once a job is configured — Position Requirements, assessments, the Culture Fit Survey, reference checks, and interviews are all generated for the specific role. Add-on services sit alongside those steps for the moments when a role needs a little more.

Recruiters purchase add-on services at the job level, so you only pay for what a particular hire actually requires. A high-volume role might lean on resume parsing to move quickly; a sensitive or remote role might require identity verification before a candidate reaches the finalist stage. You choose, job by job.

Resume Screen

Resume parsing that reads an uploaded resume and extracts a structured candidate profile — skills, work experience, and education and certifications. Instead of working through documents line by line, recruiters get organized, comparable information they can scan at a glance, so the hours normally lost to resume-by-resume screening go back into evaluating the people who matter.

Candidate Identity Assurance

Identity verification that pairs a candidate selfie with a government-issued ID document to confirm a candidate is who they claim to be. It guards against impersonation and application fraud — a safeguard that matters most in the finalist stage and in remote hiring, where you need certainty that the person you assessed is the person you hire.

Resume Screen turns an uploaded document into a usable profile. It captures the skills a candidate lists, the roles and employers in their work history, and their education and certifications — the same details a recruiter would otherwise read for line by line, pulled into a consistent structure across every applicant. That consistency is what makes the information easy to compare and quick to act on, while every advancement decision stays in human hands.

Candidate Identity Assurance answers a different question: not what a candidate can do, but whether they are who they say they are. The selfie plus government-ID check confirms identity and helps prevent fraud before a hire is finalized, which is why it typically runs in the finalist phase — once a recruiter has decided a candidate is worth advancing and identity needs to be certain. It is the same identity-verification capability built into the ProboTalent platform, available to switch on for the roles that need it.
